Review, ask, assess, plan: We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours which means you hear from us quickly. Our goal is to know your business, website goals, and objectives as intimately as possible so we’ll follow up with more questions to really understand what you want to accomplish. With the full picture in mind, we create a plan that describes how to proceed. We’ll present that plan to you along with a time and budget estimate.

Approval process: Often after reviewing the plan and estimate, the creative juices start flowing for our clients. If you have extra ideas and features you’d like add, this is the best time to do so. Once you’re satisfied with the plan and estimate you’re set to approve it, which allows us to set everything in motion.
